Macoin builds membership and class booking systems for studios, gyms and clubs: iOS and Android apps for members, an admin dashboard for staff, and the backend that handles schedules, capacity, payments, membership tiers, credits, vouchers and loyalty. We built this kind of system for Jian Pilates, and each new system is scoped and quoted for the business it serves.
What the system handles
- Class booking with real capacity
- Members see the live timetable, book a class and get a confirmation. Full classes stop taking bookings or open a waitlist, so the front desk is not double-booked.
- Payments in the app
- Members pay for packages or drop-in classes through a payment gateway. Staff see what was paid without matching bank transfers to names.
- Membership tiers and credits
- Monthly plans, class packs and credits, with rules for what each tier can book and when credits expire. Credits are deducted once, when the booking is confirmed.
- Cancellations by your policy
- A late cancellation window, refunds to credit or none at all: the rule you already use at the desk, applied the same way every time.
- Loyalty and vouchers
- Reward points for attendance, vouchers for promotions or referrals, and a record of who redeemed what.
- An admin dashboard for staff
- Schedules, instructors, members, packages and reports in one place, with staff accounts limited to what each role needs.

Macoin built and publishes the iOS and Android apps for Jian Pilates, with class booking, payment gateway integration, membership tiers, loyalty programmes and voucher management, on React Native, Next.js and PostgreSQL.
