Business Automation
Business automation that removes the copy and paste
Macoin Technologies automates business workflows in Malaysia: WhatsApp, forms, approvals, invoices and reports, connected across the systems you already use.
What is Business Automation?
Macoin Technologies Holdings Sdn Bhd builds business process automation from Puchong, Selangor, for companies across Malaysia and the Klang Valley. We connect WhatsApp, forms, CRM, accounting, e-commerce and spreadsheets so data is entered once and moves on its own. We use no-code tools such as n8n where they are enough, and custom code where volume, rules or data protection demand it.

Who this is for
Staff retyping the same data
Orders, leads or claims are copied from WhatsApp or email into a spreadsheet, then into another system, by hand.
Approvals stuck in chat groups
Quotations, leave and purchase requests wait on someone scrolling a group chat to find them.
Reports built every Monday
Someone spends half a day exporting and merging files to produce a report the system could send automatically.
What We Deliver
WhatsApp and lead automation
Enquiries from WhatsApp, forms and ads land in your CRM, get assigned, and receive a timely reply and follow-up.
Workflow and approvals
Requests, approvals and notifications that follow your rules, with a record of who approved what and when.
System-to-system sync
Orders, stock, invoices and customer records kept consistent across e-commerce, POS, accounting and CRM, including e-Invoice submission where required.
Why choose our approach
The right tool for the job
If n8n, Zapier or Make can do it reliably, we use them and save you money. We write custom code only where it pays for itself.
Failure handling included
Retries, duplicate checks and alerts are part of the build, so a failed sync is noticed the same day rather than at month end.
Measured in hours saved
We count the manual hours before we start and agree what the automation should remove, so you can judge the result.
Your data stays yours
Accounts are set up in your name, and we design with Malaysia's PDPA in mind when personal data moves between systems.
Find the workflow worth automating first
The best first automation is a task your team repeats every day between two systems. Count the hours it takes, list the systems involved and note what goes wrong today. That gives a clear target and a way to measure whether the automation worked.
- Trigger: what starts the workflow, such as a WhatsApp message, form, order or schedule.
- Systems: every tool the data passes through and whether each has an API.
- Rules: assignments, approvals, conditions and exceptions.
- Failure handling: retries, duplicates, alerts and who fixes a failed run.
- Data protection: personal data handled in line with Malaysia's PDPA.
- Ownership: accounts, workflows and credentials held in your company's name.
Many flows run well on n8n, Zapier or Make. We recommend custom code only when volume, complex rules or data handling make it the more reliable or cheaper option over time.
