Secure your access
Before anyone changes anything, make sure you hold the code, a backup and the accounts your system depends on.
Review the code and setup
We check whether the system can be built, deployed and understood, and where the main risks are. We do not promise that every codebase can be supported.
Choose: keep, repair or rebuild
You get a written scope that separates urgent repairs, maintenance and new features, with the reasoning behind our recommendation.
Release, then close the old access
After a tested release from the new setup, remove the old vendor's access and replace the passwords and keys.
